Description: The client was experiencing frequent hydraulic system failures and component wear across their production line due to fluid breakdown and varnish formation. NALUP conducted a full audit and executed a plant-wide conversion to a premium anti-wear hydraulic fluid with high thermal and oxidative stability. Our technical team managed the flushing of existing systems and the fill with the new fluid, accompanied by staff training on proper fluid management practices.
Outcome: Elimination of unscheduled downtime related to hydraulic failures, extended pump life, reduced energy consumption, and overall lower cost of operation.
