Description: NALUP was selected to implement a comprehensive lubrication solution for a fleet of over 1,200 diesel buses. The project involved replacing conventional engine oils with our premium, low-SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus, Sulfur) synthetic blend oil specifically formulated for modern diesel engines with exhaust after-treatment systems (DPF/SCR). This advanced formulation enables extended drain intervals, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs while ensuring compliance with Euro V/VI emissions standards and providing superior engine protection.
Outcome: 30% reduction in oil consumption, a 50% increase in drain intervals, and a measurable decrease in maintenance costs and fleet downtime.
